STAGE 01 : Face to Face meeting with the clients and noting down there requirement
STAGE 02: Site Visit if possible
STAGE 03: Based on the clients requirements and the space area giving a quotation to the client , mentioning all the specifications of the materials ( 4 days from the clients meet)
STAGE 04: Deal finalization. (An agreement is signed between the client and the company, mentioning all the terms and conditions and the period of work.)
STAGE 04: After the finalization of the deal, our team starts work on the 2D plans showing the interior details of each element. ( 3 days after the agreement signature)
STAGE 05: Showing the 3D to the client and the walkthrough of the entire space ( 5 days from the finalization of the 2D)
STAGE 06: While the designers are working on the 3D drawings, the execution team finalises the materials with the client and the vendors.
STAGE 07: The material is dump on the Site and the execution of the work starts.
It takes approx. 90 days for the work to get completed. (The duration depends upon the area of the work.)
WORK FLOW FOR ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION WORK

STAGE 02: Site Visit and to take the measurements of the Site (Our team marks and mentions all the existing things on the site).
STAGE 03: Based on the clients requirements and the space area giving a quotation to the client (Mentioning the construction cost and the stage wise work pattern).
STAGE 04: Deal finalization. (An agreement is signed between the client and the company, mentioning all the terms and conditions and the period of work.)
STAGE 05: After the finalization of the deal, our team starts work on the 2D plans and try to deliver the best possible options in the area available. ( 3 days after the agreement signature)
STAGE 06: The set of 3D drawings are also been prepared and shared with the client
STAGE 07: The Excavation work begins on the site
STAGE 08: A set of structural and execution drawings are been prepared and handover to the execution team ( 4 days after the finalization of the 2D drawings)
STAGE 09 :The construction work included from excavation till the final finish
It takes approx. 4 months for the work to get completed. (The duration depends upon the area of the work.)
WORK FLOW FOR SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL
STAGE 01 : Face to Face meeting with the clients and noting down there requirement
STAGE 02: Our team provides the client with the list of documents required for the Submissions of the Project.
STAGE 03: A quotation and the tentative Challan amount is been provided to the Client.
STAGE 04: The Submission drawing is been prepared.
STAGE 05: The submission file is been prepared for various NOC and other permissions required for construction.
The duration for this process cannot be stated as the duration depends upon the authority.
