Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, the team will begin to develop a design concept for the project. This may involve sketching out ideas, creating mood boards or renderings, and making design decisions.After the completion of this the presenation drawings for client discussion will be prepared . This is a good time to make any necessary revisions to the design based on the client’s input. After the construction documents are complete, you’ll solicit bids from contractors and choose the one that best fits the needs of the project. The contractors will begin construction according to the plans and specifications outlined in the construction documents. Then work with the contractors to ensure that the project stays on track and meets the client’s expectations. After the construction is finished, we will conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction. Any necessary touch-ups or repairs will be made at this time.
